Linda Chang, RHN, ROHP, RNCP
Linda Chang is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner, and Registered Nutritional Consulting Practitioner.
Linda practises as a nutritional consultant and lifestyle educator on her own as well as at a health club at several locations. She tailors her approach to a client's physiological imbalance by applying Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis, or by applying Nutritional Symptomatology, coupled with medical reports which the client may provide, to focus on the underlying causes of the client's imbalances. Linda guides and motivates her clients by tailoring for each individual a Strategic Nutrition Action Plan, including a detailed BMR and activities level-based menu plan, supported by lifestyle modifications and dietary supplements, to effectively achieve clients' goals, such as improving body composition; healthy fat loss; lowering high triglycerides, cholesterol and blood pressure levels; improving and preventing genomic instability (eg, cancer), cardiovascular disease, Type 2 Diabetes; hormonal imbalance; prenatal nutrition; adrenal fatigue; hypothyroidism; fibromyalgia; and osteoporosis.
Her mission is to assist others to live their best by tapping into their highest wisdom and learn the universal laws which govern our physiological, emotional and spiritual mechanism. To benefit her community, Linda frequently speaks on nutritional solutions to a wide variety of health issues at the Markham Public Libraries.
Linda is a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants ("IONC"). Her credentials include a diploma in Holistic Nutrition (2008) from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, a certificate of Registered Orthomolecular Health Practitioner (2009) from the IONC, and a certificate of FirstLine Therapy (2010) from Metagenics. She also holds a certificate in Legal Procedures from Ryerson University, and a B.A. degree from the National Taiwan University.
